An Overview Of Eric Pulier’s Accomplishments And Career

Eric Pulier is a technologist, entrepreneur, venture capitalist, published writer and philanthropist. With some many titles and accomplishments under his name, it is no surprise that Eric Pulier has been named one of the top 30 visionaries for the digital world by VAR.


Mr. Pulier’s background includes growing up in Teaneck, New Jersey and completing schooling there in 1984 at the local high school called Teaneck High school. His college studies were completed at Harvard University where he majored in the English language and American literature. While studying at Harvard, Pulier also completed some computer science courses at the nearby MIT. Eric Pulier also wrote for the school newspaper while he was at Harvard, and eventually graduated with the highest honors of magna cum laude in 1988.


As a writer for the Harvard Crimson in his college years, Eric Pulier wrote about topics that he believed would have a major impact on the future. This included foreshadowing major terrorist attacks and the rise of Islamic terrorism and extremism which is now a major world threat. He also predicted the rise of the internet and e-commerce which has indeed revolutionized the way we interact and buy goods. Mr. Pulier has always been a forward thinking and innovative person and that has been evident since his college years.


As a professional writer, Eric Pulier has had a book called “Understanding Enterprise SOA” published. It attempts to explain how using service oriented architecture in a business computer systems can make it more effective. This book was published in 2005 and gives readers an understanding of an advanced computer concept through simple layman terms. Mr. Pulier also wrote an article for Forbes Magazine in 2012, which was published under the title of The Enterprise Industrial Complex.


Eric Pulier is board member of the XPrize Foundation. This foundation gives prizes to people who come up with innovative new solutions to some of the most pressing problems that people face in the world right now. One of the inventions of Eric Pulier is the Starlight World game. This allowed kids with diabetes to explore their bodies from the inside to see what happens when their blood sugar is low. It attempts to explain the disease in a fun and interactive way to kids.
