Julie Zuckerberg Has Redefined the Recruitment Industry

Julie Zuckerberg has established herself as an executive recruiter. She has worked with different companies which have helped her develop skills and experience that have helped her grow in the business. She is based in New York and is currently working for the Deutsche Bank.

 

Education Background

 

Julie Zuckerberg has a background in philosophy. She attended the City University of New York-Brooklyn College for her Philosophy studies. After completing her studies, she decided to pursue law, and that is when she attended the New York Law School. Her Law degree proved to be an asset to her career.

 

Career

 

Soon after completing her law studies, she joined Hudson Company as the Director of Candidate Placement. She served in this position for five years, and she was responsible for recruiting attorneys, case managers, paralegals, and their support staff for both the temporary and permanent positions. Julie was also responsible for informing the employees on benefits and working conditions. Other responsibilities included coaching, employee counseling, and conflict resolution.

 

Julie decided to pursue other interests in her career, and that was when she joined the Citi Group. She worked with the Bank for six years and served in two positions. Julie served as the Executive Recruiter for the Citi Global Functions. She was responsible for providing full life cycle for the executive level. Julie also managed to counsel the hiring managers on creating job descriptions. In 2011, she served as the Executive Recruiter of Citi Global Consumer Bank. In this position, she managed to source out global talent, maintain international relations, lead the negotiation of complex jobs, and advise the senior management in the recruitment process.

 

For four months, Julie served as the corporate vice president and recruitment lead for the New York Life Insurance Company. She managed to partner with the management of the Company to analyze the client’s needs and creating new job specifications. Julie participated in talent strategy planning, developed job offers and also provides creative business solutions.

 

Julie joined the Deutsche Bank in 2014 as the Talent Acquisition and Executive Recruitment Lead. She has managed to help the Bank Search for and Recruit talented individuals for the management positions. Counseling the leadership of the Bank on governance and recruitment process is also one of her responsibilities. She has managed to drive regional talent objectives and also internal mobility.

 

Aside from her recruitment work, Julie has developed hobbies that have kept her busy and active. She loves photography, art, music, running, and food. Julie cares for other aspects too including animal welfare, civil rights, social action, Economic empowerment, Science and technology, and human rights.

 

Julie has joined different professional groups that have enabled her to improve her professional skills. She has aligned herself to become a renowned executive recruiter. Julie has amassed herself with knowledge on legal, audit, management, and recruitment.

 

Julie is a believer of finding the right people for the job at hand. That is the reason why she has mastered the recruitment process in the course of her career.
